15 Missed Calls

    Have you ever herd people say “even 2012 isn’t as scary as 10 missed calls from your mom.”? Well it’s true . I’ma tell you a story about a time i didn’t pick up the phone and got in HUGE trouble.
    It was a warm summer afternoon and like any other young person , I was bored. I thought to myself “Oh come on , it’s summer ! have fun ! go out !” and right then , I got a text from my bestie Claudia. The text read “hey Luzzie! wasuup Chula ? what you say you spend the night tonight and tomorrow we go skating with Jose m, Alex A & Julian P ? I’ll come pick you up if you wanna(:” and I replied “alright Pues , <3 Let me just tell mi jefa & I’ll see you then .” . That night I got ready, took some clothes, makeup and my hair straightener. Claudia picked me up from my house & off we were to hers!  As the night passed, we barley got any sleep. We laughed at funny pictures , Old memories & random texts while her mom yelled from across the hall too be QUIET !! Later , Claudia fell asleep and I was still up , listening to my favorite M.C Magic , Lil Rob & singing along to the lyrics in my head. Before i knew it , it was morning and we had to get up ! Claudia woke me up so we could get ready. We went out to eat with her mom and her older brother & soon we got dropped off at the skating rink. We met up with the guys there and to my surprise , Jose had brought his girlfriend and so did Julian. I was with Alex and Claudia was waiting for her boyfriend , Frank. We spent the day there, falling and laughing at each other because we didn’t know how to skate ! We were all having fun but soon , we had to leave. The guys left before us and right after , Claudia’s mom picked us up. I hadn’t noticed my phone was off so I reached into my picked and turned it on! As soon as the phone turned on , “*BUZZZZZZ BUZZZZ BUZZZZZZZ*” , i had 15 missed calls from my mom. I freaked out and called her back ! She told me she wanted me home first thing , the next morning!
    The next morning , I went home and there was my mom. She had a serious look on her face , I was scared because I had never seen my mom so serious before. I thought I had done something really bad but I couldn’t remember what I did wrong. She said “Porque no contestaste el telefono anoche ? ehh ? Estas castigada!! Para que quieres un telefono si no lo vas a usar ?!(Why didn’t you answer the phone last night ? huh ? You’re grounded !! why would you want a Phone if you don’t even use it ?)”. I gave her the phone and started to laugh. I told her it was silly how she would ground me for such a little reason! But she got mad .
    I learnt my lesson! Next time I go out , I better answer the phone before my mom grounded me again.

The Time I Left Tennessee

I still remember when I moved from Tennessee to North Carolina. I spent my first 5 years there until I turned 5 and left it for good.

My parents didn't tell me we were moving until the actual day so I was really surprised and excited like a little kid opening his new Wii on Christmas! Then, I started thinking about all the things I was leaving behind and I felt terrible. When I say "all the things I was leaving behind", I meant all my toys. Me and my sister left a closet full of toys in the house we used to live.

It was a long and boring ride from There to North Carolina, I felt like I was stuck in school again but ten times worse! I have a sister with who I share everything with.Her name is Alba. shes Red haired, thin, and short. Me and her are always together although we do argue alot but other then that, shes like a second mother to me. Me and her were on the back of the car, listening to music and reading our favorite "The Jungle Book" the whole ride through (except for the stops we made). I can't remember how many stops we made exactly but I do know there were too many.

When we finally got to North Carolina, we arrived to My cousin's house. My cousin is tall, skinny and skin color. Almost like a model. The house looked old , like in scary movies, but when we got to the inside , I was surprised to see it was the very opposite of the outside! Purple walls and fancy decorations everywhere. It was like one of those rich people's house. Ever since I saw her house, I've always asked myself 'how can she afford to live in a house like that? She's not rich". We lived in her house for about three weeks until my mom found a place for us to live in.

Sometimes I wish I could go back to Tennessee, but I got used to North Carolina now. I don't think I'll ever leave North Carolina unless I go to Las Vegas. ;D

In the Hunger Games they had mutations. They mutated bees, dogs and food!

What are mutations? ("What Is a Mutation?" Learn.Genetics™. ) A mutation is a chang in the DNA sequence of a gene. There are different types of mutations. Some are Synonymouse, Nonsynonymouse, Point mutations and Genetic Engineering (Loewe). Synonymouse mutations are when many amino acid's sequence are encoded by lots of condons. Nonsynonymouse mutations is when an amino acid's sequence is changed. Point mutations are the smallest mutations. They happen when one single base pair is changed into another base pair. Genetic Engineering moves genes from one organism to another. Mutations can either be harmfull, Beneficial or neutral, It depends on why and where their located. In the Hunger Games, most of the mutations where harmfull. They mostley wanted to kill the players! mutations are harmfull, Most of the time. 37 people have died and 1500 people were partially paralysed! People mutate food too ("Genetic Engineering.").The problem with that is that when people mutate it , they don't test it to make sure it's safe to eat. This is dangerouse because mutated food can cause people to have an allergic reaction to it and they can die.

Something i would like to know is "Why do people mutate when it's so dangerouse?".

The Hunger Games Chapter 22

I think I'm most like Rue.(:
Rue is sweet and nice. she seems like the kind of person that will be friends with you no matter what.
She sounds like a nice 12 year old. It's nice how she was acually helping Katniss , too bad she had to die .>_< I'm sure that if she hadn't died , She would help Katniss win the Hunger Games.
   Peeta and Katniss have something going on.(: Well , now I do think Peeta likes Katniss , but i don't think Katniss likes Peeta. I think Katniss still likes Gale. She's just pretending to like Peeta to servive. The story about how Peeta started likeing Katniss probably made Katniss like him a little though.(: I didn't know Peeta's dad liked Katniss's mom . Thats sweet :D. Good thing is they didn't get married because that would cause a problem.
I hope Katniss and Peeta win the Hunger games !:D

Hunger Game Reading Responce.

Peeta is dieing and he doesn't want Katniss to leave him one minute alone. Poor kid, i bet he feels really bad. Why didn't he want Katniss to train with him in the first place ? I wonder if he felt like if he trained with her , his feelings for her would grow more and he wouldn't be able to concentrate in the games. He never realy showed any interrests in her till now. he also told Katniss to tell him a story, HA!XD Maybe he felt like a story would relax him more. It's crule how Katniss tried to lie to him when she gave him that Medicine. When he wakes up , She'll be dead for sure . XD He's probablt never gonna trust her again. Hmm , We'll just have to wait and see.
